Interesting Take on Most Important Startup Roles

I just came across this and thought it interesting to consider as you start thinking about your medical device company. Which roles do you think you need (especially if you don’t have the budget for 9 people)? On my list, I would combine CEO and CFO and get a Regulatory Affairs Director first. Also, sales and CMO would be much later in a medical device company that needs FDA clearance for marketing its product. What do you think?
